CPACE & WLC Partner for Student Career Development Success
On August 7, 2026, Western Leyte College of Ormoc and CPACE Philippines held a successful online seminar titled Career Development Webinar: Navigating the Corporate World and Climbing the Career Ladder. The event, hosted via Zoom from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, focused on helping students transition smoothly from college to their first professional roles.
During the session, students learned practical ways to handle workplace expectations and build strong, professional habits. Speakers shared clear steps for setting goals and finding growth opportunities in any job. The webinar highlighted that learning should not stop at graduation; instead, continuous improvement is key to staying ahead in today’s fast-changing job market.
